OVERVIEW

Our project centered on the redesign of the Clean Power Alliance's Power Response Smart Home webpage. This platform serves as a gateway for users to enroll their smart devices in a program aimed at optimizing energy usage and cost savings. Our goal was to reimagine the page to deliver a streamlined and user-friendly experience while effectively communicating the program's benefits and enrollment process.

THE CHALLENGE

One of the primary challenges we faced was the cluttered and overwhelming nature of the existing webpage. Users were confronted with a myriad of elements competing for attention, resulting in a disjointed user experience and a lack of clear direction. Additionally, the need to direct users to a third-party registration site posed a significant hurdle in maintaining continuity and user confidence throughout the process.

THE SOLUTION

To address these challenges, we focused on simplifying the user experience and establishing a clear pathway for users to follow. By decluttering the visual design and strategically guiding users through the enrollment process, we created a more intuitive and user-friendly webpage. Emphasizing key steps and providing concise information, we empowered users to navigate with ease and confidence, ultimately fostering a seamless journey towards device registration and program enrollment.
